Waterford Salmon & Chateau St. Jean Sonoma County Chardonnay
The 8-ounce fillet of salmon charbroiled and finished in a creamy lemon beurre blanc sauce with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables pairs perfectly with Chateau St. Jean Sonoma County Chardonnay. The Sonoma County Chardonnay is refreshing and balanced with vibrant acidity. It’s pleasing flavors of pear, pineapple and roasted almonds lead to a clean finish.

Irish Seafood Bake & 14 Hands Chardonnay
The subtle flavors found in the Irish Seafood Bake come to life with a glass of 14 Hands Chardonnay. The Irish Seafood Bake is a combination of shrimp, scallops and surimi crabmeat cooked in a white wine cream sauce. The 14 Hands Chardonnay has elegant fruit flavors that give way to hints of butter and coconut ending with a juicy finish.

For the perfect combination try Fish N’ Chips, beer-battered cod served with homemade French fries, tartar and malt vinegar, and a glass of Smithwick’s, an Irish red ale style beer from Kilkenny in Ireland.

A blend of Arnold’s Farm pork sausage, caramelized onions, roasted peppers and basil tomato sauce with fusilli pasta pairs wonderfully with Red Belly Shiraz. This deep purple wine with brooding red hues, is rich and full-bodied showing ripe plum, cherry and licorice fruit on the nose.

Nana Lu's Meat Lasagna & Ruffino Aziano Chianti Classico

Layers of pasta and cheeses with Italian sausage, slowly baked and topped with mozzarella cheese lusciously pair with the Ruffino Aziano Chianti Classico, a ruby red Tuscan wine with a vibrant and inviting aroma. The Sangiovese grapes in this Chianti Classico are characterized by notes of sweet violet, red berries and Morello cherries with slightly spicy undertones.

Chicken Marsala & Simi Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
A lightly floured chicken breast sautéed in Marsala wine with fresh mushrooms and capers is accented by the bright character of Simi Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Wild berries, ripe plums and sweet oak mingle with approachable, forward tannins in this richly styled wine.

Seafood Millennium & Newton Vineyard Unfiltered Chardonnay
A combination of shrimp, surimi crab, scallops, mussels and littleneck clams in a rich white clam sauce over linguini pasta is a perfect match for the this rich and powerful unfiltered Chardonnay. The opening aromas of citrus flowers, coconut, butterscotch and roasted almonds, combine with butter and oak on the palate followed with layers of peach, mango and honey and a touch of mineral on the finish.
