COURSE TWO

Vinny Vanucchi's Famous Salad and Garlic Bread
Fresh Garden Greens with Cucumbers, Grape Tomatoes, Pepperoncinis and Onions topped with our Homemade Italian Vinaigrette Dressing and served with piping hot Garlic Bread

COURSE THREE

Eggplant Parmigiano
Eggplant thinly sliced cooked in Olive Oil and baked with Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese over Linguine Pasta.
